Unfortunately orders from this shop, whether it be on etsy, or directly from their website, always take a really long time to arrive, and on several occasions I have had to contact them to prompt the dispatch - sometimes several weeks after ordering. Such a shame as their products are fantastic x

4 out of 5 starsThe drawing was matching the picture displayed in the Etsy shop and I love it (great design!) but I was slightly disappointed regarding the printing quality. Colors are slightly blanded. I fear for the printing’s durability over time. We’ll see !

Care instructions
In order to prolong the life of the clothing and take the best care of them: machine wash/hand wash cold, use mild detergent (NO FABRIC SOFTENER) and do not iron directly on the image.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every single order is being carefully packed with love. I try to make every item look/feel as a gift and can adjust packaging to your needs/add a special note, etc. Just let me know.
Custom and personalised orders
Each custom order is different, but there are some rules that they go by. Usually the customization to existint design in the shop adds £5 to the price. If customer asks to design/create something completely new then the design fee starts from £30.

Wholesale availability

Delivery
We use 1st class service by Royal Mail to our UK based customers. This service is 1-2 business days, very reliable, though cannot be guaranteed.
An upgrade service is trackable Special Delivery which is guaranteed by next working day by 1PM.
We use International Standard service by Royal Mail for shipping orders worldwide. It is not trackable service and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by requested date. Usually it does arrive in 5-6 business days to Europe, 7-14 business days to US, Canada, Australia. If the order does not arrive in 25 working days, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. We cannot claim it lost before the 25 business days passed.
An upgrade service is shipping via courrier which is fully trackable.
